Bybit Learn and Earn: Growth Hub Levels and Rewards

Bybit’s Learn & Trade Growth Hub is a standing programme, not a one-week token campaign. It opened on 13 April 2026. You move from Explorer through Practitioner, Specialist and Strategist to Master by mixing short lessons with small trading actions.

The Learn guide describes Explorer as account setup, a first deposit and a first trade, plus beginner reading. Later levels cover spot orders and charts, derivatives and risk tools, then indicators and timing. Master is aimed at live platform events. Quizzes sit inside the Learn tasks. Bybit does not publish the question text on the guide.

How to find Bybit quizzes and start

  1. Open the Learn & Trade Growth Hub and choose Start journey, or Start Your Journey.
  2. Finish Individual Identity Verification Level 1, or Business Verification. Bybit's press release says this is required.
  3. Complete the Learn tasks and Trade tasks for your current level. Bybit says not every challenge is mandatory, and that a set number of them is required to move up.
  4. Claim a reward from the Growth Hub page after the task is complete.
  5. Move to the next level. Bybit's Learn guide says there is no time limit on finishing the levels.

Reward details and common problems

  • Bybit's Learn guide lists Explorer at up to 50 USDT as a welcome bonus for new users, Practitioner at up to 5 USDT, Specialist at up to 10 USDT, and Strategist at up to 15 USDT. Those four figures add up to the 80 USDT cap.
  • The same guide says Master awards a Bybit Learn certificate and a Master badge. Bybit's press release places a certificate with the Strategist badge and describes Level 4 as a Weekly Reward Hub with a Master badge and ongoing incentives.
  • The press release says new users may earn up to 80 USDT by completing the Learn Challenges, and existing users up to 30 USDT. Rewards may include bonuses, points and other incentives.
  • The Learn guide says completed-task rewards are claimed on the Growth Hub page and are paid as bonuses and trading vouchers.
  • Some tasks and rewards vary by region. The amount shown in your hub is the one that applies.

If something goes wrong

The hub is not in my account.

Bybit says geographic restrictions apply and that some tasks or rewards vary by region. If the hub is not shown, it is not offered on that account.

A level did not unlock.

Bybit says you complete a specified number of challenges to progress, and that not every challenge is mandatory. Finish the tasks the hub marks as required for that level.

The certificate is described in two places.

The Learn guide attaches the certificate to Master. The press release attaches a certificate to Strategist and a Master badge to the Weekly Reward Hub. The badge and certificate shown on your level are the ones your account uses.

I finished a reading task and no reward appeared.

The Learn guide says the reward becomes available to claim on the Growth Hub page after the task is complete. Trade tasks sit alongside the reading tasks at each level.

Is the Bybit Growth Hub still running?
Bybit's press release calls it an evergreen programme that began on 13 April 2026. The Growth Hub page still presents the five levels and the rewards.
Do I have to trade, or is reading enough?
Both. Each level has Learn tasks, such as articles, quizzes and short courses, and Trade tasks, such as a deposit, a spot trade or a product action. You need the number of tasks that level requires.
How much is the reward?
Bybit states up to 80 USDT for new users and up to 30 USDT for existing users, split across the levels. It is a cap, not a single payout for opening the page.
Is the Growth Hub available in the EU?
The press release says geographic restrictions apply and that tasks or rewards may vary by region. It does not publish a separate EU list. Check whether the hub appears in your account.
