Phemex Learn and Earn: Courses and Cashback Vouchers

Phemex Learn & Earn is a standing set of lessons rather than a single dated campaign. The Learn page says you watch or read, take a quiz, and receive a cashback voucher for every lesson you pass. The help centre walks through the same path and adds that KYC has to be finished before the reward is paid.

New courses are shown on the Learn & Earn page after you log in. Phemex does not publish the quiz questions on the help article.

How to find Phemex quizzes and start

  1. Log in at Phemex and open Learn, then Learn & Earn.
  2. Choose Get Started, or scroll to a course and click Earn on the course you want.
  3. Open the first lesson and watch the video or read the text, then choose Take the quiz.
  4. If an answer is wrong, try again. The help centre says a fully correct quiz pays the reward for that lesson.
  5. Complete Phemex KYC before the reward can be received, then repeat the steps for the next lesson.

Reward details and common problems

  • The Learn page says courses are back and that each passed lesson pays a cashback voucher, which returns a portion of trading fees when you trade.
  • The Learn page does not state a voucher amount. The figure on the lesson is the one that applies.
  • The help-centre article, updated 28 March 2025, says the Learn & Earn trading bonuses are only available in North America, the UK, Australia, Germany, Japan and South Korea.
  • Germany is the EU country named on that list. The article does not say the bonuses are available across the rest of the EU.

If something goes wrong

The course is not offered in my country.

The help centre limits the trading bonuses to the countries it lists. If Learn & Earn is missing, it is not offered on that account.

I passed the quiz and no voucher arrived.

The help centre says KYC has to be complete before the reward is received, and that every question on that quiz has to be correct.

The voucher amount is not on this page.

Phemex does not print a fixed amount on the Learn page. Use the amount shown on the lesson.

The help centre says to start with the first lesson, then return to the course for the next one.

Is Phemex Learn & Earn still open?
The Learn page presents the programme as open and says cashback vouchers are the reward for each quiz you complete. There is no end date on that page.
What is a cashback voucher?
Phemex says that when you trade, the voucher returns a portion of your fees.
Which countries are listed?
The help centre, updated 28 March 2025, names North America, the UK, Australia, Germany, Japan and South Korea for the trading bonuses.
Does the help centre include the whole EU?
It names Germany. It does not list the other EU countries. Check Learn & Earn in your account.
