What to write about
- A question that is not on the page – send the platform, the course name, the question and the options you saw. We add confirmed questions to the guide.
- A reward that changed or ended – tell us which course and what the app shows now. Each guide keeps a dated change history.
- A mistake – quote the guide and the answer you believe is wrong. Corrections are published with the date they were made.
- Partnerships and advertising – write with the subject “Partnership”. Affiliate relationships never change the answers or reward information we publish.
Before you write
We cannot see your account, credit a reward or speed up a payout; only the platform’s own support can. If a reward has not arrived, check the “If the reward did not arrive” section on the relevant guide first.
We usually reply within a few working days. We do not send newsletters and we do not share your address with anyone.
