Lesson 1: What is Ethena?

3 questions
  1. What is the primary objective of Ethena?

Correct answerTo develop a stable, crypto-native dollar called USDe

  2. How does USDe maintain its stability?

Correct answerBy using derivatives to hedge asset values

Note: The question may also appear as "How does Ethena ensure the stability of USDe?" with the answer "delta-hedging strategy" – it is the same idea.

    Why this is correct

USDe is backed by crypto collateral and offset with short derivatives positions (delta hedging), so price moves in the collateral cancel out.

  3. What is the Internet Bond?

Correct answerA globally accessible dollar denominated rewards instrument

Lesson 2: The ENA token

3 questions
  1. What is the purpose of locking ENA?

Correct answerTo boost potential future rewards and encourage long-term growth alignment

  2. How much ENA is held in Pendle PT-ENA pools?

    Correct answer160 million ENA

  3. What is the first use case for the restaking pools?

Correct answerTo provide economic security for cross-chain transfers of USDe

Where to find the Ethena course

What the course is about

Lesson 1 explains USDe, Ethena’s crypto-native dollar, how it stays stable with derivatives, and the “Internet Bond” savings product. Lesson 2 is about the ENA token: locking it, Pendle pools and restaking pools that secure cross-chain USDe transfers.

A note on numbers in the answers

Answers such as “160 million ENA” are figures the course quoted when it was written. They are not live data – pick the option that matches the course, even if the current number is different.

If the reward did not arrive

Ethena rewards were among the smaller ones. If the lesson card does not show a reward before you start, completing it will not pay out.
